What services do you provide?
We offer a wide range of in-home services, including personal care, companionship, dementia care, respite care, post-hospitalization support, and end-of-life care. Our caregivers assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and more, all tailored to each client’s unique needs.
How do I know if my loved one needs home care?
Home care can be helpful if your loved one struggles with daily tasks, such as bathing, grooming, or meal preparation, or if they feel isolated and would benefit from companionship. Home care is ideal for those wishing to maintain independence at home while receiving the necessary support to stay safe and comfortable.
Are your caregivers licensed and trained?
Yes. All our caregivers undergo extensive training and are registered with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS). Additionally, each caregiver is carefully selected through a rigorous hiring process, background checks, and ongoing training to ensure they provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Are your caregivers employees or independent contractors?
All our caregivers are W2 employees, not independent contractors. This ensures they receive ongoing training and benefits and allows us to provide better oversight and continuity of care for our clients.
How do you match caregivers with clients?
We carefully consider each client’s needs, preferences, and personality to match them with a caregiver who will provide the best possible experience. Our goal is to foster a positive, trusting relationship between the caregiver and client, creating a supportive and comfortable environment.
In addition, we will replace a caregiver until the best match is found through our “Unlimited Compatibility Caregiver Match” guarantee.
Is home care covered by insurance or Medicare?
Typically, Medicare does not cover non-medical home care. However, some long-term care insurance policies may cover part or all of these services. We can help you understand your insurance benefits and assist with billing for long-term care insurance.
How flexible are your scheduling options?
We offer flexible care options tailored to each family’s needs, from a few hours a day to 24-hour, round-the-clock care. Our care plans are designed to adapt as your loved one’s needs change, and we work with families to ensure continuity and convenience.
What safety measures are in place to protect my loved one?
The safety of our clients is a top priority. Each caregiver undergoes a thorough background check and is registered with the CDSS. Additionally, we implement fall prevention strategies, monitor home safety, and regularly check in with caregivers and clients to ensure quality and safety in care.
How do you ensure quality care?
We maintain high standards by hiring only the top 10-15% of applicants and providing continuous training and support for our caregivers. Our management team also performs regular quality assessments and client feedback reviews to ensure our care meets our standards.
What if we need to make changes to the care plan?
Care needs can evolve, and we’re here to accommodate those changes. Our team will work closely with you to adjust the care plan as needed to ensure your loved one receives the right level of support.
